Jim CornelisonThe Heroes Mud run is a 5K (3.1 mile +/-) run over cross-country terrain. Along the way there are 17 military-like obstacles to overcome and maneuver and lots of mud. So what’s new? How about Jim Cornelison singing the national anthem at 8:30am, more MUD, U.S Marine Motivators and new obstacles such as the “Wounded Warrior Carry”, “Monster Tire Flip and…well we can’t give them all away.

The Heroes Mud Run proudly supports our local Heroes. A portion of the proceeds of the Heroes Mud Run will benefit the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, in conjunction with local firefighters and the Heart of a Marine Foundation, proudly serving all branches and members of the United States Armed Forces. Both organizations are 501( c ) charities. Come show your support by participating, volunteering or cheering your Hero on.
